What is the return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, the item must be sent to our return facility with a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns. The buyer is responsible for covering all shipping fees associated with the order and the return.

For the return to be accepted, the item must be returned in its original packaging with all original hardware and accessories, without any damage, alteration, or modification, and in new condition.

Please be aware that returns will not be accepted for made-to-order items or safety-related products under any circumstances.

If a return arrives at our facility after the 30-day return period or if the return condition criteria are not met, an additional 50% restocking fee may apply, or the return may be denied.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please take photos of package, shipping label, packing slip, and contents of your shipment and email to our help desk within 72 hours of receiving your package.
