• Cable Construction: 7 Strands by 19 Wires per strand
• Galvanized wire rope (aka aircraft cable) is one of the most popular types of wire rope
• Not intended for aircraft use, not certified to MIL-W-83420
• Great for small, light-duty applications
• Manufactured in accordance with International Standard ASTM A 1023
• Adheres to federal RR-W-410H specification
• 4200lb breaking strength, please consult with a licensed engineer for guidance, and always follow the suggestive design factor of 1/7 of breaking strength calculation for usage

CABLE SLEEVES

• Patterned Engineered Sleeve for secured bonding
• Sleeve Material: Copper (Copper will naturally change colors over time, developing a protective “patina” coating)
• Thimble Material: None

LENGTH

• Cut and assembled to order based on the selected cable length.
• Listed length is measured from the end of one loop to the end of the opposite loop with the cable in its natural relaxed position.
• Overall length includes both loop ends and may vary slightly when the loops are placed under tension or load.

CUSTOM LOOP SIZE

• Choose the loop size that best fits your application.
• Left and right loop sizes can be customized independently.
• Available loop sizes: 1.5", 3", and 5" (or as listed in the product options).
• Loop sizes are measured by the inside length of the naturally formed loop.
• Each cable is individually hand assembled and hydraulically compressed using copper sleeves for a secure, professional finish.
• Because each cable is custom made to your specifications, slight dimensional tolerances may occur.
